Vacation Rental

Portside offers a large, spacious vacation rental located right on the banks of the Charleston Harbor. Amenities include 7 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 1/2 bathrooms, a basic kitchen, washer and dryer, microwave, refrigerator, cable tv, and a fireplace in the living room.

Rates

Low season rates (October through May)  $215 per night

 

High season rates (June through September)  $245 per night

​

Pets are welcome  $15 per day per pet. 

 

*All reservations will come with a non refundable $95 standard cleaning fee. For excessively dirty or damaged property there will be additional fees charged.  

​

We will require a deposit of the first night rental plus cleaning fee at time of reservation. On day of arrival, full amount must be paid to check out the keys. 

 

Check in is at 4pm and check out at 11am
